Tasting - "Bay Bridge Vineyards Red Blend"

Name
: Bay Bridge Vineyards

Variety: Red Blend

Year: 2022

Country: USA - California - Napa Valley

Price: $4.99

Wine Review: There are mixed reviews; some say it is too sweet and others say it is too dry. The main consensus is it is a delicious
wine for the price. 2022.

Wine Folly: Page 292 North Coast, CA. Cabernet Sauvignon with rich fruit and dusty mineral notes such as black currant, black cherry, graphite, cigar box, and mint. Merlot (similar to Cabernet) with bolder cherry flavors and smoother tannins. The general notes of this are vanilla, cherry, cedar, and toasted nutmeg. Zinfandel with some of the richest mineral styles. The general notes in this are cocoa, blackberry bramble, raspberry sauce, and sweet tobacco.

Personal Take: This is on the drier side of wine than I normally drink. However, this is a wine that I would buy again. I get the notes of cherries, blackberries, strawberries, and other fruits. I also get notes of oak, vanilla, and leather. If I were to want a drier but semi-sweet wine this is one that I would buy.

I did not taste this wine with any food.
